A great exchange. Bravo. Things change, we evolve and move on. It's OK.

I am reminded of a photo assignment I had to shoot Gene and Roger back in the late 80's. We went to then-seedy times square to catch the erudite critics in front of the panoply of X-rated marquees. Then we stopped at the Carnegie Deli for lunch. Gene Siskel and I split a turkey sandwich and Roger had an entire roast chicken. A stream of deli patrons came by to compliment the duo on their groundbreaking work of bringing high minded film-thinking to the rest of us.

Thank you Roger. (Thank you Gene.)
